Estimate forms may collect your name, phone number, email address, property type, service requested, city or ZIP code, preferred contact method, and message.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to your roofing request, operate the lead workflow, prevent abuse, and improve website conversion performance. Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, phone-link clicks, estimate starts, and successfully submitted estimate requests. It can use cookies and browser/device identifiers to understand website use. Contact-form names, phone numbers, email addresses, and message text are not included in the custom analytics events. Estimate requests may include the page used to contact us and the referring website’s origin.
Storage and notifications
Estimate requests are delivered through a secure server connection to our configured intake system, including Google Sheets, or through a configured email provider. These service providers process the information to help us receive and respond to your request. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the form displays an error and a phone number so you can contact the business directly.
Analytics information
Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policies. You can learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Browser settings and analytics-blocking tools can limit collection.
Sharing
Information is not sold. It may be handled by hosting, email, or business-service providers as needed to operate the website and respond to requests.
